河北利仕化学科技有限公司2023年度土壤和地下水自行监测公示

受河北利仕化学科技有限公司委托，河北恒一检测科技有限公司根据《工业企业土壤和地下水自行监测技术指南（试行)》 (HJ1209) 要求，编制完成了《河北利仕化学科技有限公司2023年度土壤和地下水自行监测报告》。

河北利仕化学科技有限公司本年度共布设6个土壤点位、6个地下水监测井（包含1个对照井）。根据实际钻探情况，土壤、地下水采样点及采样深度与自行监测方案一致。

1、土壤

获取地块内有代表性土壤样品送实验室检测，检测项目为1A02、1B02、1C01、1D01点位土壤监测指标为pH值、石油烃（C₁₀-C₄₀）、氰化物、丙酮、氨氮、砷；1E01、BJ01点位土壤监测指标为《土壤环境质量建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准（试行）》（GB36600-2018）表1中45项基本项目、pH值、石油烃（C₁₀-C₄₀）、氰化物、丙酮、氨氮。在对实验室检测结果进行分析后得出如下结论：所有检出项目均未超出《土壤环境质量建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准（试行）》（GB36600-2018）中第二类用地筛选值标准或者《建设用地土壤污染风险筛选值》（DB13/T5216-2022）第二类用地筛选值标准。

2、地下水

获取地块内有代表性地下水样品送实验室检测，检测项目为《地下水质量标准》（GB/T14848-2017）35项常规指标、石油烃（C₁₀-C₄₀）、丙酮、镍。送检地下水样品中耗氧量、氨氮、氰化物、挥发酚、硫化物、氟化物、氯化物、硝酸盐、硫酸盐、总硬度、镉、铁、锰、镍、钠、浑浊度、铝、************、溶解性总固体部分点位监测值超过《地下水质量标准》（GB/T14848-2017）中Ⅲ类限值的情况，其它检测项目均未超过《地下水质量标准》（GB/T14848-2017）中Ⅲ类限值。
